The tires were great initially. I got the alignment done immediately after buying them. After 15,000 miles they started going bald on the inside. Wearing unevenly. Discount Tire said they won’t do anything about it even though the tires have a 40,000 Mile warranty..

I came into the Hudson Oak store today at 2:00 to pick up my tire. They handed me the tire and said we will not put it on. You will have to wait till after 6:30. Get back in line. Even though I came the night before to purchase the tire. They did not have one in stock so they asked me to come back. I didn’t get a text message saying the tow is ready. I guess I just assumed that they would install it since I paid for installation.

Tires seem to be wearing out very quickly, outer edge on one tire is completely worn out. Alignment was performed after install and rechecked 6 months later. Very disappointing set of tires

Bad Customer service, two of the tires were but on going wrong direction. took back would not fix without making an appointment, I live 35 miles away from center. would have thought they would have tried to fix their mistake ASAP.

I am very happy with my purchase. I have not experienced any issues since I made my purchase of the tires. I recently had my tires rotated, and inspection showed even wear and no issues were found. I would recommend this inexpensive tire to my friends and family.
