Got to put air in tires every 3 weeks that's not right

I'm totally disappointed in these tires basically because I thought they were snow tires. I specifically told the guy at discount that I wanted some decent or good snow tires for the winter. Well to much surprise when it did finally snow. I was all over the place and learned that there was no way these were snow tires. I've been wanting to stop in and talk to the manager about this issue but I haven't found the time to do it. Plus I figured I already bought what he suggested that there's nothing they can do now to help me. I can't even believe he sold me regular tires when I said I wanted some snow tires, who does that? Totally disappointed and feel unsafe now when it snows.
