Michelin Primacy Tour A/S

The Michelin Primacy Tour A/S was developed with the high standards of luxury car owners in mind.

From the experts at Michelin comes the grand touring tire that delivers a top-notch driving experience, coupled with all-season capability.

Whether you’re the proud owner of a sedan, coupe, crossover, or SUV, the Primacy Tour A S is fine-tuned to provide a comfortable, quiet ride thanks to its asymmetric tread pattern. Plus, drive with confidence in adverse weather conditions–even in light snow and rain–with numerous zigzag sipes that promote better traction.

Your luxury vehicle deserves a premium touring tire, and the Primacy Tour A/S delivers.

Primacy Tour A/S Features

  • Enjoy a comfortable ride with two-ply, polyester cord casing and steel belts that help stabilize the tread
  • Get better dry handling and grip with its wide shoulder block design
  • Take on foul weather with confidence thanks to the hydroplaning resistance from the sweeping grooves that help evacuate water

Primacy Tour A/S Features Treadwear and Warranty

The Primacy Tour A/S is backed by Michelin's 55,000-mile limited warranty. Plus, all Michelin tires come with a Standard Manufacturer's Limited Warranty, which covers defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the original usable tread, or for six years from date of purchase, whichever occurs first.

But if you want the most robust protection available for your new Michelin Primacy Tour A/S tires, consider our exclusive and industry-leading Certificates. If you do, you get complete coverage and your new tires will be protected down to 3/32" of wear. And in the unlikely event these tires sustain damage that can't be repaired, you'll get a brand new replacement Primacy Tour A/S . (You can add our Certificate coverage in the cart of your order.)

When you choose the Michelin Primacy Tour A/S, you’re choosing a premium driving experience that doesn’t compromise all-season capability.

The mustang originally came with Pirelli summer tires that cornered like the car was on rails, but the tread life was horrible. The Michelin Pilot Sport A/S is the all-season tire most often recommended for the Mustang, but I saw many reviews that mentioned the loud tire noise with those tires. I got the Primacy Tour A/S because I'm in my 60s, and although I loved the handling with the Pirellis, a quieter and smoother ride is more important to me. The handling on the Primacy Tours is still very good, and the tire noise is exceptionally quiet, even with the convertible top down.
