When purchasing my tires I specifically ordered 1inch white wall tires and the Sales person Matt said that he would have to order them. Day of installation I called and spoke with Matt to confirm tires were correct prior to driving my classic car to the respected shop before they would close for the day. Drove home after installed tires and noticed that the tires looked entirely different when my car was parked in my driveway.. I called Discount Tire back a few days later debating how to handle this and they said they would call me back after I had explained my purchasing experience, I never received a call or email back from Matt or any office staff. I still may dispute this charge unless Discount Tire can replace the tires with the correct ones.
