Cooper Discoverer M+S Studded

Get your pickup truck or SUV ready for challenging winter driving conditions with the Cooper Discoverer M+S Studded winter light truck tire. This tire is engineered for optimal traction in snow, ice, and slush, thanks in part to Snow Groove technology that maximizes biting edges without reducing tread stiffness. The tires construction further boosts winter traction through D Squared sipe technology and strategically placed stud pin holes that promote stud retention. This tire wears slowly and evenly even in extreme conditions, using an optimized profile, a sawtooth center rib, and blocky tread elements to improve wear. So for long-lasting, powerful snow traction, equip your pickup truck or SUV with the Cooper Discoverer M+S Studded winter tire.

I have run Cooper tires for years even on semi trucks and they are worth every penny you pay for them.

On our third studded set(265x75R16C)and anticipate a 4th. Puchased this tire due to daily use in the mountains and it has not failed to get us to our destination. (Reside @ 8000 ft. ASL on one of the steepest maintained roads in Colorado). Great on hard pack and fresh snow, dry or wet conditions. See no reason to try something more expensive. Expect diminished tread life due to mountain driving.
