This is the second time that I have sent this and I really like the Continental tires, but unfortunately, after only 70 miles the car that we purchased the clutch completely went in the transmission so the dealer bought the car back and we had to have the tires taken off the car. But discount tire refused to let us return the tires because they said we didn’t buy a set of four. We only bought two. I’m really disappointed in this, as my family has bought thousands of dollars worth of tires over the last 15 years on at least seven different cars. I thought the manager of the discount tire in Valdosta Georgia could have done a courtesy return because of the situation that happened, but he decided to not move forward with that and we are stuck with tires sitting in the garage that haven’t even been driven on except for 70 miles. With this being said as much as we always dealt with discount tire, I’m not sure if I would continue to purchase at this company at least at this store. I thought we should have been able to return the two tires with no miles on them because of what happened and this was all done within five days so do I like the continental definitely but I thought we could’ve been treated better at the tire store and they could’ve done this courtesy return for us because of our history with this company.
Exceptional tires, I would definitely buy these again.
