I normally buy Michelins. I've tried the X-Ice and I can honestly say this is a better tire. The best option for winter, hands down.
Only used for 2 winters aproximatly 9 months in total. Front tires down to wear bars and back had full almost brand new tread. Was told by discount tire they had no record of scanning the tires when taken off or put back on and there was nothing they could do that it was my fault. Extremely disappointing experience as I love the tire but this time just the worst experience with the tires and service. First set had a wobble got new ones another mounting discount tire didn't balance properly and just overall worst experience ever.
