How can I customize my vehicle's tire and wheel sizes?
Thinking about additional customizations of your tire or wheel sizes, but unsure what will fit? Our tire size calculator can help you determine what sizes will work best on your vehicle.
NOTE: You may need to add a lift for vehicles like Jeeps, SUVs or trucks to ensure that a set of tires larger than your original equipment tire size will fit. While we do not add lifts to vehicles, we work on lifted trucks all day long and have the equipment to knock out your upgraded tires and wheels quickly – you're in good hands.
All-Terrain Tires FAQ
All-terrain tires are designed to deliver balanced performance on highways, dirt roads, gravel, mud, and light snow. They combine off-road traction with comfortable on-road handling, making them a popular choice for trucks, SUVs, Jeeps, and overlanding vehicles.
Yes, all-terrain tires are a great option for daily driving. Modern designs offer quieter rides, improved wet traction, and long tread life while still providing the durability and grip needed for off-road conditions like dirt, gravel, and light mud.
All-terrain tires are built for mixed use, offering a balance of on-road comfort and off-road capability. Mud-terrain tires are more aggressive, designed specifically for deep mud and rugged terrain, but they tend to be louder and less comfortable on paved roads.
Many all-terrain tires perform well in light snow and winter conditions. Some models feature the Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake (3PMSF) rating, which means they meet industry standards for severe snow traction.
Some of the best all-terrain tires for trucks and SUVs include options like the BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO3, Falken Wildpeak A/T4W, Nitto Ridge Grappler, Michelin LTX A/T2, Toyo Open Country A/T III and Goodyear Wrangler UltraTerrain AT. The right choice depends on your driving needs, whether that’s daily commuting, towing, or off-road use.
