Great as always

I have bought tires from this and other Discount Tire stores and the staff are always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This visit was for a puncture, it was a bit of a wait but they were very busy. The job was completed at no cost.

i got a flat tire and ran to the fist tire store i found. As soon i entered the store, the clerks help me and make the paperwork. The thing i wasn’t aware was that DISCOUNT TIRES fix flat tires for free! i was stunned, i even ask the mechanic if he was sure about it and he said “yes i’m very sure, we don’t charge for flat tires”. i felt like i robbed something for this service but i was very pleasured about it.

I had a flat tire on the way to work. I'm an Emergency Room Doctor and there were no other doctors there, so time was of the essence. Even though they had not opened the store yet, they took my car and told me they would take care of everything so i could take a quick uber to the hospital. After my shift, I went back and picked up the car with the new tire. I was amazed by the efficiency as well as the amazing customer service. It was the best experience I've had with a tire change.
